Active Woman, which is located in the heart of Krakow's Podgórze, is a space created out of our passion for the development of human potential, where we care about: health, beauty, peace of mind and solace of the soul.

Together, we create a unique work space in passion and creative creation for the growth of awareness and well-being of everyone who meets us.

The studio has been in existence since 1995, and our many years of experience, professionalism and love for people have contributed to the fact that we have permanently entered the awareness of the city's inhabitants as a place where you can find moments of relaxation and get away from the world of chaos and running time.

Active Woman is an intimate Studio with a great soul.

Our club was founded by Dr Grażyna Kołomyjska, one of the leading specialists in the field of health prevention, anti-aging therapies and kinesigerontoprophylaxis and is run together with her daughter, Paulina Kołomyjska, MA, a specialist in psychosomatic renewal, a body work therapist who has been deepening her knowledge of health for years holistically understood and spiritual and mental development.

The family tenement house where the Studio operates, home atmosphere, tradition, skills, knowledge passed down from generation to generation, guarantee a professional, top-quality, individual approach to each person and guarantee high-quality services.
